More than 1000 athletes from 51 nations competed in these high level championships. National Coaches Michelle Vella and Josef Antonelli accompanied the athletes together with MKF Technical Director Jesmond Schembri.  Delegation was headed by MKF IT Director Audrey Zammit.

“The level witnessed was one of the highest possible.  Having this exposure builds invaluable experience not only for our athletes but also for our coaches.  It gives us the opportunity to identify areas of focus to continue building on the strong foundations that we hold so far.  Well done to all! ” These were the comments of MKF Technical Director Jesmond Schembri.
